Administration of our Community

Metepenagiag First Nation rests beside the beautiful little Southwest Miramichi River. This river runs rich with the flow of fresh Atlantic salmon and is famous for it's continuous flow.

Metepenagiag is located 25 kilometres Northeast of Miramichi City. Traveling on Highway 425 is the usual route to take from Miramichi City and you will reach us in just 20 minutes.

Metepenagaig is known for its ancient history of 3000 years of existence. With this attraction, people from around the world have come to visit our community.
